"Always an outstanding experience. The managing partner and the entire management team always go above and beyond to meet their guests needs. My only complaint is the god-awful birthday song that the employees are forced to sing when a guest request that this be done. It's incredibly obnoxious and should be abolished immediately. Other than that the food is fantastic and the service is second to none."

"My son and I had dinner here the other night. We were quickly seated. LongHorn has a good menu - there are lots of options. My son ordered a steak, which he said was grilled to his liking. I ordered the grilled lemon garlic chicken, which was amazing! I always order steamed broccoli to go with it, and they make it perfectly every time. I have dietary restrictions, and the chefs have always complied with my special requests, which I'm so grateful for. Our portions are always massive, especially when ordering a salad as one of our sides. We usually have leftovers after each visit. The restaurant is generally busy, and for good reason. I can say that the staff are very attentive to their customers, frequently checking on you to make sure everything is to your perfection and topping off drinks. We really enjoy dining here. Because of our frequent visits, we have become acclimated with some of the wait staff, whom we love. They have always been courteous and friendly and treat you like family. I highly recommend giving this establishment a try if you get the chance."

"As I am writing this while getting ready for our food, I already notice how clean everything is. Smells amazing, and the tables are pretty much spotless. The service is top notch as well, even to the children- treating them as if they are celebrities. The drinks got here extremely fast too! Surprising for 11 people. They also included free bread! Not a big deal to everyone, but I am a certified bread lover so like yeah- Took a bit of time for the food but what would you expect for this many people lol. Food’s extremely filling!- But at the same time extremely good!"

"We had lunch here today. Food was good, as always. What I wanted to point out was the customer service. A patron had fallen behind the restaurant, bystanders called EMS. I thought someone inside should know, so I pulled one of there (clearly very busy) bar staff aside to let her know. She stopped everything she was doing, and ran to the back of house for a manager. He was out the door in seconds. These are people who put others above all else. Thanks for stepping up and acting quickly, Longhorn of Wooster! Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season."
